Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice until full payment is received. Prices may increase due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to fuel surcharges, taxes, and currency fluctuations.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. Full payment is required to confirm bookings unless otherwise specified.

Service Fees

Some bookings may incur service fees which will be clearly disclosed before you complete your booking.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation by You

Cancellation policies vary by supplier and booking type. Cancellation fees may apply and will be deducted from any refund due. Some bookings may be non-refundable.

Changes by You

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur change fees from the supplier plus our administrative fees. Name changes are typically not permitted on airline tickets.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel a booking for reasons including but not limited to:

• Non-payment of the balance due
• Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
• Failure to meet minimum participation requirements for tours

Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to:

• Obtain and carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, health certificates, etc.)
• Comply with all immigration, customs, and health requirements
• Ensure you meet all entry requirements for your destination
• Check travel advisories and warnings for your destination

Compass Travel is not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred due to inadequate documentation.

Limitation of Liability

Compass Travel acts solely as an agent for travel suppliers. We are not responsible for:

• Acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of travel suppliers
• Personal injury, property damage, or other losses during travel
• Changes to itineraries, accommodations, or services
• Delays, cancellations, overbooking, or strike actions by suppliers
• Weather conditions or natural disasters

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and mobile application, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Compass Travel or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

Prohibited Activities

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the services
• Use automated systems to access our services
• Impersonate any person or entity
